JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
SCOPE
● Responsible for Dealing in the table and maintaining correct Gaming procedure in
relation to Studio Strategy to meet Players expectations.
● Responsible for Hosting and entertaining customers while following the Standards of
Gaming policy in relation to Studio Strategy to meet Players expectations and Prevents Customer complain.
● Responsible for always looking Pretty and Presentable in front of the Clients. Must maintain the BMI and Beauty Standard of the Clients to meet Players expectations.
DELIVERABLE / GOAL
● To deliver Players expectations by providing quality of service thru Speed of Dealing, Accuracy and Excellent Players interaction.
● To deliver quality of service to meet the Players expectations by implementing effective and efficient Gaming Strategies to reduce Players waiting time.
● To meet the company goal by proper hosting with the correct content to prevent Players complain.
● To improve the Gaming Standard by maintaining the beauty and fitness of the Dealers.
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
● Meets and Exceeds Players/Clients/Guests and Team Members Expectations by providing consistent excellent Dealing and hosting service.
● Performs other Proper Dealing procedure with proper gesture and posture.
● Maintains Gaming Standard.
● Takes charge of manning the designated/assigned gaming table.
● Shuffling and/or loading of pre-shuffled cards.
● Maintaining the correct gaming procedures laid down in the Gaming Manual at all
times.
● Must have thorough knowledge of game procedures and "House Rules" for all
applicable games.
● Deals games with efficiency and professionalism while providing great guest service.
ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
● Communicates and coordinates with colleagues regarding dealing to ensure smoothness and efficiency in the conduct of table games.
● Cooperates and consults the Pit bosses on all her actions at all times.
● Keep Pit Boss informed at all times by means of clear comments on all operations and transactions.
● Participates actively during meetings and briefing.
● Maintain the BMI.

Must be PRETTY/HANDSOME, charming, photogenic, fair-skinned with a good smile
Preferably with good/small body frame and no saggy arms
No marks or tattoo on visible parts of the body (e.g. fingers, wrist mid arm)
Long hair or short hair is fine
Braces upon screening is allowed, but once hired you have to remove it.
At least 5'0"ft-5'7"ft only.
Must be 21yo and not more than 30yo. Looking young.
Keen on details; strong numerical skills
Full Time positions only (NO WORKING STUDENT ALLOWED)

Must be willing to work in Kawit, Cavite (Island Cove, Shuttle Service provided with designated pick up point)
Stay in / Stay Out Option Available (Designated Shuttle Service Pick up Location available for Stay Out employees)
Amendable in shifting schedules & can work even on holidays
Must have complete requirements (NBI, TIN, Vaccination Card)
