We are looking for a highly experienced Online Business Manager / Integrator to act as the "second brain" of our company. This is a strategic, high-level role for someone who can take ownership of operations, systemize workflows, and help grow a digital education empire.This person will help turn existing creative work, videos, PDFs, and course outlines into polished, packaged, sellable products, while managing backend operations, funnels, and team coordination.Key Responsibilities:Strategic & Operational-Structure funnels and backend logic across platforms-Manage digital product operations and course delivery systems-Refine, package, and organize courses and educational assets-Build and optimize backend systems, workflows, and SOPs-Coordinate team members (design, editing, tech) to ensure smooth execution-Ground visionary ideas into clear, actionable processesContent & Customer Flow-Organize, repurpose, and structure content for high-ticket digital programs-Oversee email sequences, customer journeys, and launch workflowsProject & Team Management-Task management, timeline tracking, and project oversight-Ensure deadlines and operational standards are met-Provide proactive solutions without hand-holdingRequired Skills & Experience-Proven experience as an OBM, Integrator, or Digital Operations Manager-Deep understanding of digital products, online education, and high-ticket offers-Expertise in funnel setup, backend logic, and digital product delivery systems-Strong project management, SOP creation, and team coordination skills-Familiarity with platforms: Kajabi, Teachable, ClickFunnels, or similar-Ability to repurpose content into structured, sellable digital assetsSoft Skills-Clear and proactive communicator-Leadership mindset with initiative-Emotionally mature and comfortable with a fast-moving business-Can see the big picture and bring order to complexity-Thrives in systems, structure, and executionSchedule & Commitment-3-4 hours/day-5 days/week-Must align with Asia/Bangkok time-Long-term role with potential growth into higher strategic responsibilities
