ONBOARDING SPECIALIST
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides above-and-beyond service to Yotpo's customers and assists with all technical and product-related queries.
Handles multiple support requests via our ticketing system and chat services.
Demonstrates an independent ability to troubleshoot & resolve complex technical issues, including escalations to the Tier 2 Support team.
Becomes an expert in Yotpo's service offering and a knowledge center to both customers and internal teams.
Leads ad-hoc projects to improve service and increase the productivity and efficiency of the team.
Documents and shares knowledge by creating internal articles as well as self-help guides for customers.
Liaise with other departments and product teams about our users' needs.
Qualifications:
With hands on experience using HTML, CSS and SQL.
With working experience as a technical support.
Has excellent written and verbal English communication skill.
Is amenable to work in a shifting schedule.
Can start immediately.
