Responsibilities:
Assist the onboarding specialist with the onboarding process to submit fee schedule requests to the insurance companies.
Create and fill out a process management spreadsheet and upload information from the GForms/Asana Forms to the provider's project.
The Onboarding Assistant for Critical Accounts also helps with prefilling applications and drafting meeting recaps.
Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice.
RequirementsGood to have:
Relevant experience in the Financial Services industry
Email Correspondence and client or contract management skills
Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
