Job Summary:
 
We are offering an exciting opportunity for motivated students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience through our On-the-Job Training (OJT) program. The program is designed to provide practical experience in Human Resources, Accounting, and Marketing, offering trainees exposure to real-world business operations. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills, build your resume, and gain valuable insights into your chosen field.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Help maintain employee records and ensure they are up-to-date and accurate.
Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
Assist with organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.
Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education: Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
Basic understanding of HR, Accounting, or Marketing principles (depending on the chosen field).
