Provides technical support to production systems/applications and ensures that problems are resolved with minimal disruption to the company's operations. . Prepares test scenarios/cases, and performs unit and integration testing review and evaluate test results address program bugs. . Prepares systems and application documentation and operating procedures. . Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by Lead Developer and/or Senior Manager from time to time. Professional Eligibility Skills . With experiences in basic IT network and connectivity. . With experiences in using various operating systems (e.g. Windows, Linux). . Analytical and problem-solving skills. . Aptitude for learning new technology. . Superior communication skills. . Ability to develop and write systems and applications documentation and guides for users. . Ability to provide a range of systems training and/or support activities for users . Ability to develop and deliver presentations to internal workgroups. . Ability to work in a team orientated, collaborative environment. . Deep understanding of core AWS services, uses, and AWS architecture best practices . Proficient understanding of AWS services (e.g. S3, EC2, Lambda, Glacier, SNS, EBS, CloudFront, SQS, VPC, Kinesis, and Elastic Beanstalk, etc) . Able to use a CI/CD pipeline to deploy applications on AWS . Strong understanding of security best practices (e.g. IAM roles, KMS, etc) Education The job holder must have a bachelor's degree preferably in one of the following fields: Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, Statistics, or a closely related field. A master's degree in Computer Science is an advantage. Experience . Proven experience with Object-Oriented Programming languages (Java, C++, VB.NET) . Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and AJAX, Python, AWS API Management . Working knowledge of SQL and Databases: Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL and PostgresSQL . Direct experience with Agile software development methodologies (advantage) . Outysystems Low Code DEV Platform (advantage) Responsibility . Responsible in supporting in-house developed and acquired software and mobile apps. . Responsible for translating program specifications into software codes that make up a new system or components of an existing application in accordance with the business needs. . Understand current infrastructure and stack in order to employ best AWS solutions . Create different AWS services such as API, RDS instance and Lambda to build a serverless application . Create reusable, effective, and scalable code
