- We are seeking a talented results-oriented Talent Acquisition Leader (Manila, Philippines) to join our dynamic, fast paced people-based culture, who will oversee our full-cycle recruiting and help us build a strong organization.
- Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates through various channels (Portals, Job Board, Social Media, Vendors, Alternate Channels etc.) planning and executing interviews and fostering relationships with potential hires.
- Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company's current and future hiring needs while delivering a top-notch candidate experience.
- As a Talent Acquisition Leader, you will partner with the business to prioritize and optimize recruiting demands, and provide outstanding experience to those they engage with.
- You will have an impact on creating the entire recruiting strategy and with your energetic and innovative attitude you will boost our employer branding efforts.
What Will You Do :
- Own and drive the full - cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer stage.
- Work closely with the Hiring Managers on sourcing and recruiting strategy.
- In order to develop an efficient recruiting strategy, you will deliver talent market insights back to the team and suggest the innovative enhancements of the processes and actions.
- Directly source active and passive candidates to enrich the recruiting pipeline with the best talents.
- Assist Hiring Managers and candidates during the entire candidate's lifecycle in the aim to provide your clients with the best customer experience.
- Partner with the Business and the HR team on the org design and the headcount plans by covering the tech recruiting side.
- Build, develop and actively participate in various Talent Team projects (e.g. ATS implementation, campus relations, employer branding).
Requirements :
- You have 10+ years of recruiting experience in Large BPO setups handling both Strategic and Volume hiring of which at least 2-3 years have been in Philippines.
- Have good understanding and a strong experience in working with a passive, competitive technical market.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
- Manage and prioritize multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
- Continually seek new sourcing options and develop creative approaches to sourcing and delivering candidates.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong consulting skills and demonstrate ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member.
- Fluent in English
