1. Regular Duties
1.1 Assesses all types of safety and health hazards within the premises
1.2 Applies the nursing process to all health and safety concerns of every employee.
1.3 Renders appropriate intervention/s for every chief complaint.
1.4 Coordinates concerned immediate superiors regarding employee's ability to work.
1.5 Formulates means to lessen and control health-related complaints through information dissemination, seminar, workshop, training, and the like.
1.6 Investigates and reports alarming incidents that compromise safety and health, in general.
1.7 Recommends applicable preventive and corrective measures, as necessary.
1.8 Applies emergency response whenever necessary.
1.9 Prepares work-related accident/ illness reports.
1.10 Guides/ directs employees to outside healthcare providers or service, as needed.
1.11 Conducts regular inspection at Canteen, Dressing Room, Locker for safety, and health threats.
1.12 Proposes health programs/ activities that help workers' health to improve.
1.13 Dispenses appropriate medicine for a certain complaint.
1.14 Monitors inventory of medicines and other medical supplies.
