Kredo Japan is hiring an Offline IT Teacher to guide Japanese interns. This role involves more than just support; it includes schedule adjustments, progress management, and fosters essential leadership skills. Conducted in English, it's perfect for those aspiring to develop technical and people management expertise and gain experience towards future global leadership.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead Japanese interns in creating projects by sharing industry experience and code standards.
Act as a project manager for a group of interns, managing tasks, and assisting with code-related issues.
Differentiate instruction to accommodate various learning styles and appreciate interns' learning differences.
Assist interns in setting up their local environments and review code before merging it into the master branch.
Conduct daily standup meetings to gather updates from interns.
Minimum Qualifications:
Holder of a degree in Information Technology or any related course
Proficient in HTML & CSS, Bootstrap, PHP (Procedural), PHP (OOP), any PHP framework, and Git.
Minimum of one year of work experience using PHP programming language.
Working hours:
Monday to Friday - 8:50 am to 5:50 pm PHT
Compensation:
Php 34,500 - 45,000peso / month
