Evaluate the effectiveness of supply plan through Voyage Performance Report
Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
1. Gather data, analyze, and ensure accuracy of the Voyage Performance Report versus the established SLA.
2. Validate surveyor's billing for the loading and discharging inspection.
Preferred Qualifications for the Role:
Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering, Business Management or related courses
At least 2 years' experience in Supply Chain (Planning, Inventory, Purchasing, Distribution)
Highly Analytical, Intermediate in Excel and Powerpoint
Preferably from the: Oil/Gas, Manufacturing, Construction, 3rd party logistics, Retail, and/or FMCG industries
Realistic Job Preview: * As an Officer, his/her day will start with tactical activities:
Check inventory versus fuel replenishment (via vessel); adjust the supply plan if needed. Update the team and provide recommendations.
Check PO status under supply sales and swap arrangement; reconcile internally; update the team.
Check biofuels replenishment status versus PO, lifting commitment; update the team for any changes and recommend.
For strategic activity, update Inventory Plot Simulation for future replenishments in consideration of demand projection, terminal and vessel capacities, swap arrangement, etc.
Meetings: Every Monday at 11AM-12NN Marine Ops and 2PM- 3PM Supply Planning Committee (take Minutes of the meeting)
Overtime is expected thrice a month (month-end reports).
Other Preferences: * Preferably, female, single, and a breadwinner; and not over 30 years old.
Strong personality (not just a "yes" person), high EQ, assertive/pro-active, ma-diskarte, and opinionated.
Expectations from Candidates
Candidates who are invited for HR screening will need to undergo and pass an online exam and/or technical exam, and accomplish HR documents, personality tests, and essay exams before proceeding to the HR interview.
Candidates who pass the HR interview would then need to submit soft copies of their available pre-employment requirements, such as the Transcript of Records, Diploma, and NBI clearance. The complete list will be provided by the recruiter.
In the event candidates are hired, they would be required to submit hard copies of all the pre-employment requirements and pass the medical exam and background check before onboarding.
