Views the whole process from the design standpoint to the actual physical project, and to be able to suggest detailed design requirements to those who will use it.
How will you Fuel a Better Future through this specific role?
1. Project monitoring using Gantt charts and plans
2. Reports variations of the design against the actual construction.
3. Responsible for the monitoring delivery and installation of all terminal equipments
4. Monitors and witness all the non-destructive testing.
5. Communicate with the contractor regarding project updates, order changes, progress billing, and design revision at site.
6. Estimates project duration.
7. Equipment/ Machinery requirements
8. Monitoring materials availability for the implementation of a project.
9. Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time
9.1. Secure office of the building officials requirements (OBO)
9.2. Secure BFP requirements
Preferred Qualifications for the Role:
Graduate of a four to five -year course relating to Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering courses from reputable universities.
Board passer of their respective engineering course, PRC board passer
At least 2 - 3 years of experience in project specialist, preferably from the oil/gas, construction, chemical plant.
Critical Expertise and Skills: * Adept in Project management, reading plans and designs, AutoCAD
Demonstrates good reporting skills, construction safety, quantification or cost estimate.
Above average verbal and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of web-based Google Workspace (formerly, G Suite, and comprises of spreadsheets, documents, and presentations).
Realistic Job Preview:
A day in the life of a Officer (Project Monitoring and Implementation) would involve:
1. Willing to work in a hazardous environment
2. Willing to travel to 12 depot/terminals
3. Present for all concerns on assigned terminal projects (24/7)
4. Willing to stay in the site for a period of time.
