Facilitates application and acquisition of pre-notarization permit requirements for CO stations within area of responsibility:
- Barangay Clearance
- Zoning Certificate
- Neighbor's Consent (if necessary)
- Mayor's Permit (if necessary)
Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
1. Ensures acquisition of Barangay Clearance, Zoning Certificate, and other permits necessary for contract notarization
2. Application within 14 days from conforme signing
3. Attends and facilitates meetings and hearings with LGU as SPI representative whenever necessary
4. Ensures that acquired documents and permits are cleared by legal for notarization and STAR for turnover Ensures that all steps taken for the acquisition of pre-notarization permits are within company policy
5. Generate action plan and seek necessary approval for out-of-scope cases
6. Submit weekly report regarding status of pre-notarization permits
7. Maintains extensive account management with LGU throughout the permit acquisition process
8. Performs other functions as deemed necessary by circumstances
Job Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of any bachelor's degree preferably business course, real estate.
With 1-2 years real estate, business development, government relations, business management, or sales experience
Must be willing to do field work, has Real Estate experience, good negotiations skills, Permit Acquisition, Legal Services, Government Relations; With good communication skills
Realistic Job Preview: Dealing with LGUs to acquire permits to construct gasoline stations.
Frequent travelling and long drives. Knows how to drive manual transmission

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
1 year of experience
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Communication and persuasion
Availability for travel: Yes
Availability for change of residence: Yes
