Here's a summary of what you will be doing in this job: Monitors, reports, and analyzes product inventory movement including oil variation Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities: 1. Ensures acquisition of Barangay Clearance, Zoning Certificate, and other permits necessary for contract notarization. 2. Ensures permit application within 14 days from conformed signing. 3. Attends and facilitates meetings and hearings with Local Government Units (LGUs) as company (SEAOIL) representative, whenever necessary. 4. Ensures that acquired documents and permits are cleared by the Legal Services Team for notarization and Station Turnover and Site Management Team for turnover. 5. Ensures that all steps taken for the acquisition of pre-notarization permits are within company policy 6. Generates action plans and seeks necessary approval for out-of-scope cases. 7. Submits weekly reports regarding status of pre-notarization permits. 8. Maintains extensive account management with LGUs throughout the permits acquisition process. 9. Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time. Preferred Qualifications for this Role: Must be a graduate of a Business course or equivalent At least 2-years of experience in permits acquisition, government relations, or legal services Keen to details and above average in verbal and written communication Must have a Driver's License Willing to render field work along Mindanao Areas Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet tools and applications Experience in Real Estate, Food, or Oil/Gas would be an advantage Expectations from Candidates: Candidates who are invited for HR screening will need to undergo and pass an online exam and/or technical exam, and accomplish HR documents, personality tests, and essay exams before proceeding to the HR interview. Candidates who pass the HR interview would then need to submit soft copies of their available pre-employment requirements, such as the Transcript of Records, Diploma, and NBI clearance. The complete list will be provided by the recruiter. In the event candidates are hired, they would be required to submit hard copies of all the pre-employment requirements and pass the medical exam and background check before onboarding.
