The Officer (Marine Audit) conducts audit of vessel loading and/or discharging activity for SEAOIL terminals and depots.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Vessel Audit
Prepares vessel loading and discharging activity monitoring.
Prepares vessel audit or inspection plan.
Prepares variance analysis of vessel loading and discharging activities.
Conducts observation of vessel loading and/or discharging activity.
Conducts vessel equipment inspection.
Prepares audit findings/observation summary.
Prepares evaluation and recommendation based on the result of audit.
Prepares vessel audit report to be submitted to immediate head.
Prepares quarterly vessel variance performance summary.
Coordinate with the vessel master / crew onboard during operation from time to time.
2. Special Audit
Conduct special audit of depot/terminal with exceptionally high variance.
Assist the team in conducting investigation of referred cases related to terminal and depot operation.
3. Performs other task to be assigned from time to time
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Marine) or least 1 year experience in vessel and/or terminal operationsFamiliar in oil gain/loss analysisWilling to do field workFull-Time position(s) available.
