1. Establishes and maintains business relationships through effective selection of and communication with customers
2. Ensures on-time collection of payments of customers
Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
1. Maintains an extensive account management of the retail/commercial/distributor accounts for Lubricants accounts
1.1 Generates leads by identifying potential accounts for retail/commercial/distributor accounts for Lubricants
1.2. Ensures the achievement of the volume and margin targets of the Lubricants Sales group by generating sales from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach
1.3 Acts as an intermediary between SEAOIL and the Lubricants accounts to assess, validate, resolve customer concerns, and meet the customers' expectations
2. Ensures timely collection and remittance of account payments for delivered lubricants
3. Performs other related functions as may be assigned from time to time
Preferred Qualifications for the Role:
Any four-year course
Graduates of Business Management, Accountancy, or any-related course, is a plus
With driver's license
2-3 years of experience in lubricants sales, automotive parts sales, and/or sales engineering (mechanical engineering background)
Has had experience covering accounts in Negros Oriental
Critical Expertise/Skills: (1) Distributor Management or Account Management (2) Basic financial knowledge (3) Good presentation skills (4) Hard selling skills (5) Consultative selling skills (6) Profitability analysis skills (7) Analytical skills
Preferably, from the oil and gas/lubricants, automotive, and non-food FMCG industries
Realistic Job Preview: (1) Work will require field work unless there are travel restrictions (coverage: whole Negros island) (2) Would be doing lead generation/account opening, account /distributor management (3) Existing distributor/s will be handled by the employee upon regularization (4) AO would be required to pick up lubricants products twice a month (warehouses are in Banago and BREDCO, Bacolod) (5) Minimal supervision once in the area
Candidates who are invited for HR screening will need to undergo and pass an online exam and/or technical exam, and accomplish HR documents, personality tests, and essay exams before proceeding to the HR interview.
Candidates who pass the HR interview would then need to submit soft copies of their available pre-employment requirements, such as the Transcript of Records, Diploma, and NBI clearance. The complete list will be provided by the recruiter.
In the event candidates are hired, they would be required to submit hard copies of all the pre-employment requirements and pass the medical exam and background check before onboarding.
