Job Description : Job Description The GIAM Compliance Monitoring (GCM) Infrastructure Analyst 2 is Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for handling complex queries, resolution handling and has in depth knowledge and expertise of platforms/system Job Description : Job Description The GIAM Compliance Monitoring (GCM) Infrastructure Analyst 2 is Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for handling complex queries, resolution handling and has in depth knowledge and expertise of platforms/systems supported by GCM. A GCM SME is the first level of support by log review analysts on handling day to day operations and escalations whilst performing review and reconciliation of administrative changes and privileged user activities supported by GCM globally. Responsibilities . Analyze and perform reconciliation of administrative changes and privileged user activities performed on different applications and servers/platforms such as Mainframe, Database, Unix, CyberArk and Active Directory. . Analyze, monitor and notification of login violation activities. . Analyze, identify and escalate potential security incidents. . Diagnose and resolve problems through troubleshooting and analysis. . Acts as a Subject Matter Experts (SME) to stakeholders and team members. . Go to resource for queries, issue resolution and ability to explain clearly process flow and information relating to the platforms and systems relevant to their function of expertise. . Liaison for audit and/or regulatory requests and deliverables. . Participate in audit and/or regulatory meetings, walkthroughs and/or demos. . Create management reporting for quality control and/or assessment. . Identify, escalate and address process discrepancies or potential risks. . Ability to lead and drive on knowledge retention, operational improvements through collaboration with other subject matter experts, team members, managers and stakeholders for systems/platforms being handled as an SME. . Understand Citigroup's information security policy, standards and guidelines. . Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. Qualifications . Has the ability to work with limited level of direct supervision and can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy. . Strong communication and leadership skills. . Strong ability to work with others and create strong partnerships. . Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines. . Ability to exercise critical thinking and detailed oriented. . Proficiency in using Microsoft Applications. . Experience/knowledge in information security. . Experience/knowledge in audit, quality assurance, security and/or risk and control is an advantage. . In-depth knowledge and understanding on database platforms/system or privileged user activities is an advantage Education .
