Supports the business Industrial Marketing and Pricing objectives by handling marketing operations and contract management.
Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
1. Manages the commercial packages such as supply agreements through bids or other commercial channels.
2. Monitors and generates reports of customer contract performance such as volume and other terms.
3. Administers the customer contract database and triggers relevant parties to ensure fulfillment of the terms and conditions.
4. Assists the Independent and Industrial Marketing and Pricing head in generating performance reports of existing arrangements for shaping business unit strategies and activities.
5. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent
New graduates are welcome to apply
Intermediate in Microsoft Office or Open Office suite
Effective organization, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Remarkable desire to act with integrity and embrace accountability in making things better for customers
The Industrial Marketing Operations Officer is tasked to assist the Independent and Industrial Marketing and Pricing Head in price offer creation for Industrial accounts. Some of the major functions of the industrial marketing operations officer include package development and process mapping, generation of contract performance reports, and implementation of pricing measures as stipulated in the contract. The team is a young, vibrant and dynamic group that focuses on developing frameworks, processes, and policies to better serve industrial customers. The position requires close coordination with the sales team and other support teams to execute the activities that have been identified.
