JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Officer In-Charge (OIC) provides the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.
The OIC shall ensure that all activities are conducted in accordance with the established company guidelines & procedures on a safe and professional manner with strong sense of commitment and accountability to achieve the company’s goals and objectives.
Additionally, the employee is directly reporting to the President or to the Designated Officer and directly supervises the Accounting Supervisor, Service Advisor and Admin Personnel

QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must be a graduate of any business-related courses;
Eligibility and/or acquired license/s is an advantage;

At least three (3) years of supervisory/managerial working experience in the related field:

Possesses strong level of initiative and willingness to take action;
Strong Decision Making Skill;
Detail Oriented;
Service oriented;
Good Communication Skill; and
Computer Literate and Proficient on MS Tool Application
