The overall objective is to use infrastructure technology knowledge and identified policies to process data, resolve issues and execute administrative tasks. Responsibilities: Diagnose and resolve problems through evaluative judgment, troubleshooting and analysis Ensure successful completion of data loads and batch processing Participate in testing activities, including the creation and execution of basic test scripts Execute project plan task Participate in control activities (risk, self-assessment, COB, audit, etc.) and make recommendations for enhancements Evaluate issues using existing procedures or similar/related experiences recommend and implement solutions Exchange ideas and information in a concise and clear manner Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. Qualifications: 0-2 years of experience in a Technology Infrastructure role Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience Ability to work with virtual and in-person teams, and work under pressure or to a deadline Effective written and verbal communication skills Effective analytic/diagnostic skills Education: Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed. Other job-related duties may be assigned as required. This resource is part of the identified compliance requirement for us to manage software license inventories, procurement & migration requests throughout Global Desktop License Compliance Management (DLCM) product lifecycle, staff will directly support project managers, customers, and engineers from pricing to the delivery of software licenses ensuring we remain compliant both internally and with our external software suppliers and publishers. The successful candidate will support all businesses globally through a centralized process and will be trained in the systems required to effectively serve our customer base. Responsibilities: Takes ownership of the overall software request from the first touch through to fulfillment ensuring any escalated requirements are managed to the customer's satisfaction. Work on fast paced request management queues fulfilling requests on a first come first served basis. Provides customers with regular communicative updates on their requests and ensures a best in class services is provided throughout the lifecycle of the request. Maintains comprehensive software license procurement and entitlement records to the highest quality. Performs license availability, alternative product options, and pricing for software products on a request by request basis. Evaluates product requests for completeness, accuracy and appropriate approvals. Submits procurement requests using online systems ensuing that all of the required and appropriate quotes / supporting documentation are included. Builds and maintains proactive relationships with vendors, large account resellers (LAR), Citi project teams and Citi Procurement Services (CPS) on software request activities. Receipts and validates software received from vendors and forward request to the appropriate technical teams for final delivery to clients Competencies / Qualifications: Previous relevant experience preferred in Request Management Proven experience in Customer Service Knowledge in ITIL/ Six Sigma Effective written and verbal communication skill Effective analytic/diagnostic skills MS Office Skills (Excel / Outlook) Personality Traits: Team player - Able to work with virtual and in-person teams, and under pressure or to a deadline Ethical decision maker & problem solver Attentive to details Results driven Job Family Group: Technology Job Family: Infrastructure Time Type: Full time Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
