The Chief Information Security Office (CISO) is made up of deeply dedicated and talented colleagues who work together to ensure the safety of Citi's and our clients' assets and information. We manage information security as an end-to-end program - one with a clear mandate and accountability. Our mission is to continually execute and enhance a global security program that is fully anchored to modern control and security frameworks, fully aligned with the technology of the firm, threat-focused and data-driven, and deeply integrated across all Citi businesses globally. Global Identity and Access Management (GIAM) Operations is a part of Citi's Global Identity & Access Management group, consisting of 700 employees located across four service centers (CSCs) in Asia, Europe and North America including 11 in-country operations. The operations is organized to have dedicated teams supporting applications utilized by different business sectors as well as platforms like CyberArk, Database, Mainframe, Active Directory, etc. Under the umbrella of the Chief Information Security Office (CISO), GIAM shares the mission to protect Citi from access management vulnerabilities and threats to key business systems. An Identity and Access Management analyst is responsible for administering access within a variety of banking applications and systems. The objective of the role is to manage roles and access privileges within compliance to the set Information Security policies and standards. GIAM Analysts are expected to: Demonstrate an understanding of the security layer managed through access administration in the different systems Support Global Identity and Access Management (GIAM) operation including weekends and public holidays on a rotational basis, as well as assigned on-call emergency support Learn the process modules on administering access in multiple supported systems Complete access-related customer requests within operational thresholds on timeliness and accuracy Provide troubleshooting support on system access related issues Handle customer interactions in a manner adhering to the customer service guidelines Provide on-call support as needed and scheduled support during weekends and public holidays on some occasion Have good team working skills and ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume operations Manage multiple tasks with strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, both oral and written Identify potential opportunities and concern to raise to the manager's attention Raise ideas to improve security controls, customer experience, and/or process efficiency Analyze and interpret request volumes to make sound judgement on day-to-day output and improve the process Demonstrate particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by complying with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and reporting control issues with transparency Opportunities Build a career in operations and technology by learning how our people, process and technology enable business and enhance security Network with professionals around the globe as we collaborate across functions and geography Qualifications Bachelor's Degree/University degree of any course or equivalent experience Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication in the English language Aptitude to learn a number of application and/or system at a level which one can understand how to administer access Utilize Microsoft applications to create and maintain files (MS Excel, MS Word) Advantages Proven excellent customer relationship management skills Basic understanding of data quality, information security and cyber security risk Basic understanding of Windows desktop operating systems, Mainframe and Unix server, and/or databases Basic understanding of password management tool (i.e. CyberArk) At Citi, we groom the leaders of today and tomorrow.
