The Officer (Franchise Conversion) facilitates the end-to-end conversion of non-SEAOIL stations to the SEAOIL brand within a specified geographical area. In addition, the role owner will have the opportunity to apply customer service skills and experiences by building and maintaining professional relationships with the company's stakeholders.
Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
1. Negotiates the terms and conditions of the conversion packages and contracts with prospective clients.
2. Discusses and seeks approval for all related costs.
3. Ensures continuous and effective client relationship management throughout the conversion process.
4. Endorses all converted stations to the Station Turnover and Rollout Team, subsequent to signing of the contract.
5. Ensures the complete collection of related fees/payments in compliance with prescribed schedules.
6. Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of all related reports and monitoring templates, including those related to leads generation and assessment.
7. Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Preferred Qualifications for the Role:
Graduate of any four-year Business course and from reputable universities
With driver's license (can drive an M/T vehicle)
At least one year of sales and account handling experience
Demonstrates strong product knowledge, negotiation skills, presentation skills, and attention to details
Above average verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of web-based Google Workspace (formerly, G Suite, and comprises of spreadsheets, documents, and presentations)
Willing to do fieldwork
A day in the life of an Officer (Franchise Conversion) would involve:
1. Frequent traveling even during weekends
2. Conducting price surveys and gathering information to help determine margin offerings for dealers (includes submission of pictures of the station, priceboard, station coordinates, and all relevant forms/templates)
3. Gathering of documents such as land titles, building permits, station sketch plans, DENR Environment Management Bureau (EMB) documents, fire permits, and any related document pertaining to station conversion and operations
4. Coordination with the Legal Services Department for the requisition and issuance of contracts and other relevant documents
Expectations from Candidates:
Candidates who are invited for HR screening will need to undergo and pass an online exam and/or technical exam, and accomplish HR documents, personality tests, and essay exams before proceeding to the HR interview.
Candidates who pass the HR interview would then need to submit soft copies of their available pre-employment requirements, such as the Transcript of Records, Diploma, and NBI clearance. The complete list will be provided by the recruiter.
In the event candidates are hired, they would be required to submit hard copies of all the pre-employment requirements and pass the medical exam and background check before onboarding.
