This role handles both low and medium complexity matters, focusing on core processes and standard communications within established procedures.WHAT WILL YOU DO:
You will execute corporate secretarial tasks for low to medium complexity matters
You will ensure accuracy and timeliness of work within established standards
You will apply relevant corporate secretarial requirements as directed
You will follow quality control processes and compliance protocols
You will build knowledge of client-specific requirements and practices
You will process and maintain accurate corporate records and filings
You will prepare moderate complexity minutes and resolutions
You will handle routine board and shareholder meeting coordination
You will respond to standard queries within service level agreements
You will assist in client file maintenance following established procedures
You will identify and report potential compliance risks to manager
You will conduct self-reviews to maintain quality standards
You will follow standard operating procedures
You will participate in process improvement initiatives

QualificationsABOUT YOU:
You should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Juris degree, Corporate Governance, Law, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as Chartered Secretary or equivalent corporate governance qualifications are advantageous.
You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate secretarial services, with exposure to low-to-medium complexity tasks.
You should have familiarity with corporate secretarial practices, particularly in funds and special purpose vehicles, is a plus.
You should have experience managing multiple clients and deliverables within tight deadlines.

Strong understanding of corporate secretarial processes, including record-keeping, document preparation, and regulatory filings
Proficiency in the use of corporate secretarial software (e.g., CAS system) and maintenance of client databases
Ability to identify and escalate potential compliance risks appropriately
Commitment to quality standards and adherence to established operational procedures
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal and external interactions
Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills for managing responsibilities efficiently
Collaboration and teamwork capabilities within a dynamic team environment
Attention to detail and meticulousness to ensure accuracy and quality in deliverables
Proactiveness and solution orientation, with a "can-do" attitude
Resilience under pressure, with the ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining professionalism
