Negotiable Temporary contract Full Time
1. Maps the network server to secure data of the entire department.
2. Provides assistance in backing up of files in the server, tape drive and from computer to avoid or minimize loss of important files/data and to speed up computer.
3. Installs, configures, and maintains desktop, laptop and other computer peripherals like printer to ensure proper computer operations.
4. Upgrades removable storage (hard disk) and other peripheral (memory, sand card and audio card) by removing and replacing phase out hardware to improve the capacity of the machine.
5. Troubleshoots and repairs computer and printer issues to minimize the cost and to remove the defective hardware.
6. Assists in the maintenance of Exchange Server by checking error to ensure good working condition of the server.
7. Installs software and applications such as Operating System (OS), Adobe reader, Microsoft Office, Anti-Virus and AutoCAD to maximize the use of computer.
8. Coordinates with the concerned users through Online Job Request System, email or telephone for proper documentation of queries and concerns or problems they encountered regarding to their computer or systems
9. Provides technical assistance in Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) by inspecting the routers and switches to ensure user's connection to the server and shared documents.
10. Troubleshoots network problem and connectivity by setting up internet connection using Local Area Network (LAN) or Wireless Connection to update user's email and connection outside the company.
11. Sets up new printer and computer to provide the needed application and user account.
12. Installs and monitors Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) inside the yard.
13. Provides assistance in K-yard and at the yard regarding issues and concerns in computers and CCTV.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
