JOB DESCRIPTION
Attend to request from admin at sites
Assist in iput of water meter readings
Filing of move-in and move-out forms.
Other clerical works that may be assigned from time to time
Filing, Checking and completion of OR, Cash and Journals vouchers
Monitor requisitions of office supplies
JOB QUALIFICATION
Graduate of any 4-years course
Strong knowledge of office procedures
Computer Literate
Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent customer service skills.
