JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible in handling the department’s clerical and administrative tasks necessary for efficient business process and operation.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintains, monitors, and updates department’s database system.
Prepares reports pertaining to department’s weekly & monthly accomplishments.
Safe keeps records and handles proper documentation from least to very important files.
Other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:
Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Office Administration or any other related field of study.
Preferably with at least 6 months of work experience.
Sound knowledge and ability of using English language both verbally and in writing.
Computer literate and proficient with MS Office Applications such as: MS Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
Competency Requirements:
Problem solving and decision making skills.
Keen and open for new knowledge and skills to be taught.
