Job Description
Act as an Executive Assistant to the company, handling scheduling, document preparation, and confidential communications.
Liaise and coordinate with government offices for documentation, licensing, and company compliance requirements.
Serve as a point person for clients, ensuring professional communication and support.
Perform general administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, maintaining filing systems, and handling correspondence.
Prepare and format reports, letters, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Assist in office coordination, supporting internal teams and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management; Human Resource Management or similar fields.
Female applicants are preferred for this role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management tools.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Ability to handle clerical tasks, document preparation, and office coordination efficiently.
