We are hiring a responsible and creative OFFICE STAFF member to support our daily operations. This role combines administrative work with design and editing tasks. The ideal candidate should be proficient in using Canva and other basic editing tools. Female applicants are preferred for this position
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and editing marketing materials and office documents
Create visual content using Canva (e.g., social media graphics, flyers, presentations)
Coordinate with other departments for project and clerical support
Help maintain office organization and supplies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Proficient in Canva or similar design tools
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Able to multitask and work independently or as part of a team
Preferred:
Female candidate
Previous experience in an office or clerical setting is a plus
