Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year college course
Computer literate: Microsoft Word, Excel
With driver's license is a plus
Knowledge of automotive work is an advantage
Duties & Responsibilities:
Collect driver's remittances and encode into system     
Collate and encode requests for purchase
Canvas purchase requests and coordinate with suppliers for pick up and delivery
Coordinate item exchange or return with suppliers
Transmit credit memos from suppliers to accounting officer
Encode supplier invoices into computer systems
Receive all items from direct suppliers
Encode all receiving reports into computer systems
Encode request for issuance into computer systems
Encode in and out inventory transactions into computer systems
Make purchasing and inventory reports
Make shop repairs log schedule and encode it into system
Encode vehicle mileage and schedule maintenance service for all units
Track and prepare documents for vehicle registration
Compute weekly washers payroll
