Responsible in management and accounting of the company's facilities, properties, equipment, and assets; ensuring its workable and sustainable operations that would contribute to efficiency, safety, and amiable working condition.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Accountable for the purchase/rental, maintenance, safety monitoring and reports of company properties, vehicles, office space, equipment, and supplies.
2. Responsible for the execution of the occupational safety and health program of the company.
3. Spearheads the planning, setting-up and renovation of offices and equipment.
4. Responsible for the monitoring of leased properties and on time contract renewals.
5. Scrutinizes requisition of new office equipments, mobile phones, etc., to ensure that such purchases are properly utilized.
6. Responsible for the insurance applications and claims processing of all company vehicles and warehouses.
7. Manages and builds good relationship with the third party contractors.
8. Accountable for asset tagging and property inventory.
Qualifications:
1. Must be a graduate of any course
2. Must have at least two (2) years experience in building and facilities management and/or engineering maintenance services
3. Must have one (1) year team management experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity
4. Must possess strong leadership and team-handling skills
5. Must have excellent planning skills
6. Must have high analytical and decision making skills
7. Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written
8. Must be amenable to work in Quezon City
