Job Description
• Responsible for general office staff tasks
• Organize, separate, and systematize contracts
• Maintain updated records and internal data
• Compilation and handling of administrative files and papers
• Conduct marketing research
• Prepare a customized proposal/contracts
• Assist clients in their sales service related concerns and coordinate them
• Help maintain inventory's
• Verify purchase orders for clients
• Help track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Performs any duties and obligations that may be routinely assigned.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess any Bachelor's degree
• Must be computer literate and proficient in using email and Microsoft Office applications such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Prior work experience related to office management or any administrative experience will be an advantage
• Outstanding qualities of integrity, honesty, and professionalism
• Excellent communication abilities and the ability to conduct significant Internet research
• Meticulous and very detail-oriented
• Great negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Flexible, self-motivated, and highly organized
• Knows how to lead and manage people
