Primarily responsible for the monitoring and documenting of requested and purchased materials and equipment of Callawa site.
II. Essential Functions
1. Prepares purchase orders of materials needed in site and coordinates with the Purchaser in the details of the materials and updates the delivery. Informs Purchaser if the needed materials had been delivered to the site.
2. Monitors and records the borrowing and releasing of the company materials and tools to employees to track the usage, loss or damage for immediate repair and/ or replacement.
3. Checks the attendance of employees daily before starting the operation to monitor absences and tardiness.
4. Prepares daily report of trips made, daily inventory of materials and tools, and yearly expenses report and submits to immediate superior for review and documentation.
5. Updates employees of company's news and announcements by posting notices and announcements on the bulletin board or white board.
6. Preserves confidentiality of sensitive information or any corporate secrets from competitors and others.
7. Performs other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
III. Peripheral Functions
1. Acts as Property Custodian at the site.
2. Acts as Timekeeper at the site.
Qualifications:
1. College Level or College Graduate
2. Knowledgeable of Basic Office Application, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
3. Good Communication and Organizational Skills
4. Willing to be assigned at Callawa, Buhangin Dist.

KEAN's aggressive expansion began with the acquisition of top-of-the-line machineries, such as the stone crushing machine for manufacturing aggregates, and the Hydraulic Press Block machine for manufacturing load-bearing and non-load-bearing hollow blocks.
Also part of the expansion was the establishment of supplementary facilities located within proximate distance of each other to ensure every aspect of the production process is conveniently and efficiently covered. The 100,000-square meter quarry along the banks of Davao River provides a steady source of the best possible raw materials for their products. The 60,000-square meter crushing and separating plant adjacent to the quarry allows for the prompt transfer and processing of the raw materials. The 20,000-square meter hollow blocks plant and stockpile is a sizable facility for manufacturing various block products and also houses quality-testing equipment to check whether their products conform to industry standards.
