Description
Our company is looking for an office Staff to be responsible for handling clerical tasks in our office. You will be handling Delivery Documentation, as well as managing files, updating files and other documents, and performing other general office clerk duties and errands.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1 Creating, maintaining, and entering information into a database
2 Knowledge in Inventory
3 Knowledge in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is a plus
4 Managing filing system.
5 Recording and Updating information as needed.
6 Updating paperwork, maintaining documents.
7 Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
8 Handling incoming calls and other communications.
9 Performing general office clerk duties and errands.

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 1
