Canvassing of suppliers, materials, contracts, etc.
Making purchase orders and purchase history logs
Receive supplier receipts / invoices for countering
Coordinating and relaying tasks between admin and operations
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, lawyers, etc.
Making and answering phone calls
Monitor company cell phone and email accounts
Writing corporate correspondence and company memos
Handling communications and collecting required documentation from suppliers and customers
Other secretarial work
