Office Staff (Quezon City) URGENT HIRING!
We are hiring for the following positions
in the Digitization Project in Quezon City :
• Scanning Personnel
• Doc Prep/Batcher
• Data Encoder
Responsibilities:
• Prepare the paper documents for the scanning process
• Operate the document scanner to scan the documents
• Ensure that no pages are skipped and no paper jams occur
• Achieve the rated throughput of the document scanner when in use
• Bind the paper documents to their original sorting sequence.
• Generate daily output reports
Qualifications:
• Must have at least one year experience as scanning personnel
• and/or encoding clerk.
• At least Senior High School graduate or with 2 years of college education.
