JOB SUMMARY
To ensure that the installment receivables are billed on time. Responsible for all buyers' letters, notices and communications; and close coordination and to monitor the Couriers Service.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Bills buyers for monthly downpayment, amortization, improvements and other dues.
Timely sending of notices to courier service and philpost
Serves forfeitures Notices
Ensures that courier services are paid on time
Returns the duly accomplished Delivery Receipt/Receiving copy.
A graduate of any 4-year Course preferably Accounting
Competent computer skills including MS Office or equivalent
Willing to be assigned in Davao City.
Good communication and presentation skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
