 Male or Female
 Preferably Registered Nurse, non-licensed can be considered
 Required skills: Basic Life support and First Aid
 Preferably with 1year experience in related field (General Admin and Clinic)
 Willing to work until Saturday schedule, day-shift only
 Trainable, Assertive, proactive and must be a team player.
 Organized and can relate well with all levels in the organization.
 Has strong skills and willing to accept expanded responsibilities
Job Description:
 Promptly attends to employees medical and health needs according to accepted medical standards.
 Administer first aid treatments and provide medications for employees, refer to a hospital for further treatment as deemed necessary.
 Monitors and records the patient's condition
 Secure and ensure that the sick employees submit "fit to work" certificates
 Interpret and evaluate diagnostic test based on the verification of medical certificates
 Handles medical related inquires and educates employees on the prevention of sickness / diseases
 Schedule and assist annual medical examination of all employees
 Oversees and monitors HMO enrollment of all new regularized employees
 Conducts inventory of medicines and other supplies
 Manage clinic, Ensure the health and safety standards are met in the workplace
 Oversees the Canteen Service daily operations
 Handles government related documents for Phil-health and SSS
 Provide assistance to office staffs as needed
 Perform other job-related functions that may be assigned by his/her superior
