Is a Logistics company that comprises 6-wheelers, 10-wheelers, and Prime Movers for 10-20 foot containers. We currently do local deliveries for prime movers, while the trucking delivers to local and provincial parts of Cebu.
OFFICE STAFF / CLERK
Qualifications:
College level (College graduate is preferable)
1 - 2 years of office work experience
Can work under pressure
Good Communication Skills (Oral and Written)
Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office
Intermediate or higher skills in computer literacy.
Knowledge using Accounting Software is preferable.
Job Description:
Encoding and filing
Create weekly and monthly reports
Prepares Statements of Accounts / Billing Statements
Issues check for payables and payrolls
Can multi-task
