Document Management: Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files, preparing documents, reports, and presentations. 
Clerical Tasks: Typing, filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as assigned. 
Meeting Support: Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and coordinating logistics for meetings. 
Skills and Qualifications:
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with colleagues, clients, and visitors. 
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are crucial for managing multiple tasks and priorities. 
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and other relevant software.
