Position: Office Secretary
Qualifications
College level/graduate (any course; Business Admin/Office Management preferred)
With experience, preferably 1-2 years in secretarial/admin work
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of Google Sheets/Drive and other online tools
Computer savvy and quick to learn new software
Strong communication skills (oral & written)
Organized, detail-oriented, and professional
Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
Can work under pressure and meet deadlines
Works well with minimal supervision
Flexible and adaptable in handling different tasks
Job Description
Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
Prepare, organize, and file documents, reports, and records
Assist management with daily tasks and projects
Maintain and update office systems, databases, and files
Coordinate with departments and external contacts
Support HR/admin tasks such as filing employee documents
Organize and maintain an efficient filing system (digital & physical)
Follow up on pending tasks and deadlines for management
Perform other clerical or administrative duties as assigned
