Job Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers, and external partners
Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
Develop and maintain the filling system
Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
Make travel arrangements
Document expenses and hand in reports
Undertake occasional receptionist duties
Job Qualifications:
Graduate of any course
Has at least 6 months and above being experience as a Secretary
Able to use MS Offices (VlookUp & PivotTable)
Able to use and operate virtual channels for meetings
Knows how to do different types of booking
Able to prepare different kinds of letter
Strong communication skills
