Scope of Work:
Answer phones and greet clients warmly.
Filing duties
Basic bookkeeping
Reroute calls to appropriate people
Answer inquiries about the company and its products and services
Help organize office activities
Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, and personal computers
Keep records of office expense reports
Post work schedules
Perform data entry
Keep track of office supplies and equipment
Qualifications:
College Education
Ability to compile reports
Mathematical and analytical skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
MUST Know MS Word and MS Excel (including computing formulas)
