Job Description:
As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for the general operations of our office/site. Duties will involve HR and administrative duties, coordinate with other departments such as, but not limited to Finance and Procurement, Training, etc. The Office Manager will ensure the smooth running of the office/site on a day-to-day basis and may manage a team of administrative or support staff.
Responsibilities would include:
Ensure the office/site is fully functional to support our Operations.
Maintain the order and cleanliness of the office/site, adhering to the compliance standards and government regulations related to Health and Safety.
Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
Provide administrative support to employees onsite, as well as those from other locations including, but not limited to:
Booking transportation and accommodation
Organizing company events or conferences
Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
Provide the needed office supplies (technical and non-technical) duly accounted for through the accountability/asset management process.
Organize New Hire Orientation (NHO) programs for new employees
Ensuring that Health and Safety policies are implemented and are up to date
Handle emergency cases/incidents as they arise
Requirements
Strong HR and Office administration background
Good interpersonal and time management skills.
Ability to effectively communicate in written and spoken English
Previous office-based, customer-facing work experience is essential
Excellent relationship-building skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Very familiar with various office tools/software
