We have a boutique BPO office with a small number of staff (4 employees)
 
Duties and responsibilities:
 
- Assist office manager in overseeing day-to-day operations. You will be trained thoroughly on your tasks.
- Assist office manager in ensuring employees work productively
- Taking minutes of the meeting
- Managing manager's calendar reminders and appointments
- Monitoring reviews on booking channels
- Monitoring Australian events, holidays, et cetera
- Scheduling/Monitoring hotel cleaners
- Prepare regular reports for the business owner
- Updating business trackers regularly
- Generating income and expenses report
- Perform Ad Hoc tasks from the manager
 
We are looking for someone with a large chunk of common sense and we understand you have your strengths and weaknesses. What we are looking for is someone who fits most of this criteria and someone worth training
 
Requirements and skills:
 
- Excellent communication skills. Must have a STRONG command of the English language in written and verbal form
- Knowledge of business process outsourcing and functions preferred
- Marketing/advertising background is a plus
- Strong analytical ability
- Computer literate (MS word applications, Google docs, et cetera)
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Must have a can-do attitude
