IDEA CEBU is looking for Office-Based Online ESL instructors.
Position details
Fixed schedule of 5 days per week
Available shifts:
Monday-Friday:
9:10a.m. - 6:10p.m.
10:50a.m. - 7:50p.m.
Saturday-Sunday: 8:20a.m. - 5:20p.m. (Availability on the weekend a plus)
Orientation training followed by ongoing training program

Requirements
A graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree
At least 2 years ESL teaching experience or 1 year online teaching experience
Experience teaching adults (experience with both very low level learners and very advanced business students a plus)
A good understanding of Japanese learners
An engaging and motivating classroom manner
Flexible mindset and approach to the classroom
A good knowledge of the English language with the ability to explain, model, or demonstrate key concepts in an easy to understand manner.
Punctual, organized and responsible.
Comfortable using computers and can type quickly
Japanese ability a plus
