IDEA Cebu in partnership with Rosetta Stone Language Centers in Japan is looking for Online ESL instructors.
 
Position details
 
-  Fixed schedule of 5 days per week
-  Available shifts:
          Monday-Friday:          8:30a.m. - 5:30p.m.
                                              10:30a.m. - 7:30p.m.
Saturday-Sunday:       8:30a.m. - 5:30p.m. (Availability on the weekend a plus)
 
-  Orientation training followed by ongoing training program
-  Opportunities for career development and advancement

-  Competitive salary (minimum 20k/month)
 
Requirements
 
-  A graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree
-  At least 2 years ESL teaching experience (online teaching experience a plus)
-  Experience teaching adults (experience with both very low level learners and very advanced business students a plus)
-  A good understanding of Japanese learners
-  An engaging and motivating classroom manner
-  Flexible mindset and approach to the classroom
-  A good knowledge of the English language with the ability to explain, model, or demonstrate key concepts in an easy to understand manner.
-  Punctual, organized and responsible.
-  Comfortable using computers and can type quickly
-  Japanese ability a plus
