Job description
Attend and assist all departments pertaining to its queries on the regular processes they do and implement possible adjustments when needed.
Review and give possible suggestions for improvement on the daily operational checking and transactional control of all departments including provincial branches.
Post checking of all documents (DR, SI and Job Orders) submitted by provincial branches for both EXATECH and AGDI (sister company) Marketing, Service and Parts counter checking of unit prices, discounts, quantity delivered versus invoiced and any alterations made in documents and Collection checking for Walk in customers.
Visits warehouses and provincial branches to conduct an actual assessment if the policies and procedures were implemented and to conduct orientation for new Programs.
Provides support to departments that need assistance with the operational transaction if needed.
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Accountancy, Financial Management, Operations Management, or any related course.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
With good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Must have strong analytical skills and great attention to details.
Organized and can work under minimal supervision.
Willing to work onsite and during Saturdays.
Willing to do fieldwork.
