QUALIFICATION
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Architecture or equivalent
- At least 3 years experience in the field of aesthetic design both for small and large scale projects
- Experience in Site Supervision, Site Inspection, & Mainly designing for Residential, Commercial, Mixed development, & Industrial projects
- Familiar w/ base Electrical, Structural, & Civil designs.
- Must possess technical expertise in concept design
- Well-versed in AutoCAD 2D-3D modelling & rendering
- Must possess a professional license in Architecture or equivalent
- Able to work independently
- Good communication & reporting skills
