OFFICE ARCHITECT for JYCI (Urgent Position)
Job Description:
Preparing and presenting design proposals to clients;
Producing complete construction plans; advising clients; producing shop drawings and as built plans;
Negotiating with Site Engineer and other designers;
Attending regular meetings with clients, Site Engineers; Designers and other specialist;
Coordinating the work of Site Engineers and Foreman;
Making site visits to check on process visits to check on progress;
Dealing with problems that might come up during construction.
Conducts visits to check on work progress.
Troubleshoots problems that might come up during construction.
Minimum Qualifications:
Architecture Graduate
With 3 year experience as an Architect
Preferably with License
Hardworking
