Office and Accounting Manager(for a SOLAR company in Batangas City)
Job Description
Provide administrative support to executives and staff, handling communications, scheduling, and office organization
Serve as the point of contact for employees, clients, and vendors
Implement and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, for efficient document organization and retrieval
Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory
Ensure the office premises are well-maintained, and comply with health and safety regulations
Prepare and maintain financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
Assist with the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations and employment laws
Monitor and manage expenses, analyze financial data, and suggest cost-saving measures
Qualifications:
Must be willing to work on-site in Batangas City
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, accounting, finance, or a related field
Proven experience in office management and accounting roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of office equipment and technology
Proficiency in office and accounting software/tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel)
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to office management and accounting
