We are a small home office with a growing brand in a unique web-based industry.
We are looking for an office admin staff with the following criteria:
Candidate must attain some college
Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Sheets especially Excel and its formulas
Good English communication skills, written and verbal
Must be confident in dealing with customers and suppliers.
Accounting background or knowledge in bookkeeping an advantage
Knowledge and experience in the use of Quickbooks an advantage
Experience in secretarial work an advantage
Highly organized, high attention to detail, self motivated & proactive, can work without supervision
Resident of Sucat/Paranaque/Muntinlupa required
Pleasing personality, trustworthy
Main Responsibilities
Answer phone calls and emails
Coordinate with Accounting for tax and gov't requirements
Coordinate with suppliers for orders and payments
Coordinate with courier partners for deliveries
Attend to bookkeeping responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
